The Impostor Breakthrough: From Anxiety to Resilience

A Talk by Lee Epting Co-Founder, Impostor Breakthrough Visit site

Hi my name is Lee Epting and I am the Co-Founder of Impostor Breakthrough. I come to you with over 30 years of working in tech and in some of the largest tech companies in the world.

As a woman executive I have a deep passion for ensuring Diversity in the workplace and I believe that the unique talents of women and other underrepresented people within organizations are highly valuable to the business but often under represented  and that is why I, along with my partners Kate and Joshua, formed Impostor Breakthrough.

We know through our research and global corporate experiences that Impostor Syndrome behaviors, such as lack of confidence, perfectionism, rejection sensitivity, feeling like a fraud and depressed entitlement get in the way of people showing up in the business fully and with a sense of confidence and entitlement that allows them to grow their careers.

If you relate to any of these impostor syndrome behaviors and want to learn about how to breakthrough them, then join me for a more in depth discussion at the Diversity Meets Technology Summit. I am also planning to do a brain hack with Anina, so it is sure to be fun!
